MOBILE MILKING MASTER FOR SHHEEP & GOATS

1. BEFORE STARTING THE MILKING PROCESS:

Place the pipe hook into the cooling tank hole

Install a new filter

 Make sure that the butterfly valves are OFF while milking

Make sure that the drain valve is OFF as well

Turn OFF the clusters & shut OFF the cluster valves

Remove the cluster of the washing cups.

2. HOW TO OPERATE THE MACHINE

Plug the machine to grounding

Turn ON the main SWITCH

Check the VACUUM level through the vacuum meter

Make sure there is no VACUUM leak anywhere

The VACUUM level must be between 42-46 KPA

You can always adjust the vacuum level on the regulator.

3. HOW TO START THE MILKING PROCESS:

Take the first cluster to place on the teats

Turn ON the shut OFF valve and place the teat

Then continue the same process with each cluster

When the milk flow decreases remove the clusters

After the last milking, turn OFF the main SWITCH

To discharge the milk from the receiver, PRESS on the MANUAL BUTTON

Turn ON the drain valve to discharge the remaining milk, then turn it OFF again

Unplug the machine.
